Surfboard, Bodyboard & Skimboard Rentals
Choose from our wide selection of surfboards, bodyboards, and skimboards. We’ll help match you with the best board for your ability, size, and the current surf conditions. Full epoxy and foam boards in all sizes including shortboards, longboards, kid boards. We can tell you where the best waves are that day! Tin Wis Beach can be great at the northern end or drive a few minutes down the road to the next beach. Boards always can be strapped to cars, we provide the racks for free and can show you how!
Paddleboard Rentals
Explore the beauty of Tofino from the water with a stand up paddleboard rental. Tin Wis Beach is one of the best places in Tofino to paddle, with a calm sheltered bay with easy and natural safety boundries. Enjoy standup paddling with your pet – we have dog-friendly equipment and lifejackets.
All paddleboard rentals include a paddle, leash, lifejacket, and safety briefing.
SUP Surf Rentals
For paddlers who want to catch waves, we offer SUP surf boards and paddles suited to different sizes, skill levels, and conditions. Our staff can help you choose the right board and explain where to go based on the day’s surf and wind.
Kayak Rentals
Enjoy saltwater kayaking in the calm bay right out front of our shop in single, double and kids kayaks! Our kayak rentals are great for relaxed exploring close to shore. We provide the kayak, paddle, lifejacket, and safety briefing. Kayak rentals must stay within our defined rental boundary for safety.
Wetsuit Rentals
Tofino water is cold year-round, so a wetsuit makes your rental warmer, safer, and more fun. We carry a wide range of wetsuit sizes for kids and adults of all ages and sizes and include booties, gloves, and hoods for year round surfing and paddle boarding.
Book Ahead for Summer
Summer is busy in Tofino, and we recommend booking rentals in advance whenever possible. Online surfboard, standup paddleboard, kayak, boogie board, skimboard and wetsuit reservations are available. For same-day surfboard and beach rentals, stop by the shop and we’ll do our best to set you up. We have lots of gear!
