Lessons:
Full refunds will be given for cancellations or changes that are made 48 hours prior to the start of the lesson. If you do have to cancel or change your date please contact us as soon as possible.
A minimum of two people are required to run the group SUP lessons and tours. If it is the case you are the only person signed up for the lesson, we will contact you the day/night before and let you know. The options will be to upgrade to a private lesson, change the time or date of the lesson or take a rain check.
We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unsafe weather and wave conditions. Cancellations due to weather and waves will be rescheduled and payment will be applied to the rescheduled date. We reserve the right to substitute equipment and personnel in the case of emergency we deem it necessary.
When making any booking please ensure you supply a local Tofino telephone number that we can contact you to inform you of bad weather conditions that may hinder the tour or lesson.
Rentals:
Full refunds will be given for cancellations that are made 24 hours prior the rental start time booked. If you do have to cancel please contact us as soon as possible. During the summer months of July & August refunds are not available for rentals.
Equipment Damage:
Damage to equipment, missing equipment and late returns on rentals are subject to repair, replacement and late fees. For a full list of damage pricing and late fees, please contact us.
