  Look for your Life’s a Beach kids day camps and week-long camps coming in August 2014! Bring the kids down to the beach everyday for some fun in water and in the sand. The days of fun with friends and enthusiastic camp leaders include beach play, skills and learning, games, surfing, body boogie boarding and skim boarding, paddle boarding, ocean safety, oceanography, ocean safety, kite flying and any other fun things the kids can dream up for a fun morning in the great outdoors!  Bring the kids to join us into growing into mermaids and watermen! Basic Standup Paddleboard and Advanced Flatwater Instructor Course The Paddle Canada Basic Standup Paddleboard Instructor  and Advanced Flatwater Instructor Courses are comprehensive 2 day courses with Tofino Paddle Surf in Tofino, BC. It is designed to provide a national certification for paddle board instruction. This 2 day course teaches paddleboard instructors the skills and knowledge required to teach Paddle Canada Basic Standup Paddleboard and Advanced Flatwater SUP courses. We spend time working on advanced flat water skills and knowledge, group management, teaching theory, course planning, and help you develop and organize your own course cirriculum and offer time to practice your teaching skills. As a Certified Paddle Canada Advanced Flatwater Instructor and a Paddle Canada member you will also be covered by Paddle Canada’s 3rd party liability insurance.
