Intro to SUP and Advanced Flatwater Instructor Course   &  SUP Yoga Teacher Course IN TOFINO   SUP Yoga Teacher Course Join Tofino Paddle Surf’s Catherine Bruhwiler and Kristy Wright of SUP Vancouver for a 3 day course to certify you as a SUP Yoga and Flatwater SUP Instructor.  This SUP Yoga certification is a 18 hour course which includes Paddle Canada Advanced Skills Clinic, Paddle Canada Intro to SUP Flatwater Instructor Certification and SUP Yoga Instructor Certification recognized by Canadian Yoga Alliance and is the most comprehensive program in the industry.  Yoga teachers will receive 8 hours of continuing education credits.  Ask us about doing either certifications singly. SUPyoga: Mondays, 8am – 9am! Tofino Paddle Surf and Coastal Bliss Yoga offer SUPyoga this summer! SUPyoga is a fun way to energize, transform, and add the calming element of the ocean to your regular yoga practice. Learn to paddle with Catherine Bruhwiler and practice your poses in the calm clear waters of Mackenzie Beach. This is lead by Pascale Fromant and April Robson, both certified yoga instructors. Adding the element of water increases the amount of core stability in your poses and provides another opportunity to enjoy our beautiful coasts and the golden light of summer evenings. Utilize balance, breathing, and strength to achieve flexibility and tranquility on the open water.
