Tofino Paddle Surf’s Catherine Bruhwiler continues to work in conjunction with Paddle Canada Instructors Norm Hann and Mike Darbyshire to offer ‘Tofino Coastal Surf Weekends’ on Tofino’s spectacular Chesterman’s Beach.  The Paddle Canada Coastal SUP Certification (if desired) is awarded for this SUP Surf Course. These 3 day courses are offered biannually in the spring and fall. The weekends are a perfect introduction to SUP surfing in coastal areas. Enjoy the magic of Tofino and the west coast on our paddle surf weekend. The course is designed to introduce paddlers to the ocean environment and stand up paddle surfing. Beginner to Advanced Day SUP-surfing and Surfing Instruction Daily Group SUP SURF Instruction Life is better when you surf! If you’ve tried flat water SUP, have a few basic stroked and techniques down, join us for your first or 10th time for a Paddle board (SUP) Surf lesson!  Our expert SUP and SURF instructors can take you from the basics to the advanced sup surf techniques in this 2.5 hour lesson. Catch a wave and there will be no turning back! Learn ocean and wave safety, equipment orientation, etiquette on the water, how to catch waves and basic surf moves and more. Ample time is provide for practice and feedback with your expert guide.
