Join Tofino Paddle Surf and Coastal Bliss Yoga for an epic weekend at the beach and on the water.  Fun and fitness are the goals and there is no better way to spend a weekend then having a guide lead you through beach yoga, flat water and SUP surfing, a fitness adventure and a SUP Yoga class*. This 3 day course provides the theory and skills for paddleboard journeying and touring in coastal areas. Using the picturesque Clayoqout Sound and the coastline of Tofino’s white sand beaches as our classroom we will focus on weather forecasting, trip planning, currents & tides, launching and landing in surf, and improving skills and paddling technique. Adventure and explore the endless waterways around Tofino on your board with expert instruction and enthusiastic guides Catherine Bruhwiler from Tofino Paddle Surf and Norm Hann of Norm Hann Expeditions.
